Two-Stroke Carburetor Rebuild Service
- Complete disassembly
- Ultrasonic cleaning of all components and body
- Replacement of all natural 'wear and tear' components (listed below)
- Vacuum Testing for leak detection
- Wet flow testing for float and fuel functionality
Replaced parts;
- Choke
- Slide
- Needle seat & needle
- Gaskets
- O-rings
- Vent Lines
Physical damage to the carburetor is not covered (broken casted parts).
The shipping charge is to cover return shipping from Lectron to you. You will be responsible for shipping the carburetor to us. No additonal paperwork is required in the box unless it is being shipped under a different name.
Do NOT include throttles, cables, or any other parts in the box. These will be thrown away when the carburetor is received.
Use parts will not be returned with the carburetor (old slide, choke, etc.).
We are currently running a 2-3 week lead time.
