How the 30-Day Guarantee Works:

Order your new Billetron Carburetor
Once you receive your new Billetron in the mail, you will receive a QR Code to register for your 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee - you have to do this within 10 days of shipment in order to let us know you’ve received your carb and to kick start your 30-days
- You will need the following information to register:
  - Your date of purchase
  - Order number
  - Product Serial Number
  - Location of purchase
Once you have registered, you will receive an email with information about how to install your Billetron with the support of a guided video from our Technical Team (or you can access the Billetron Tuning information here)

- Decide to keep your Billetron! No action is needed, just keep on riding.
- Opt to return your Billetron by requesting your 30-day return on our website. The carburetor must be in good, working condition with no cosmetic damage, though it does not have to be in the original packaging.
  - Once received by Lectron, your return will take roughly 2 business days to process. Once processed, you will see the full refund amount back on the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

How to Tune Your Billetron

30-Day Guarantee Additional Conditions

Parameters:

The customer must register for the 30-day guarantee using the online form
To receive a refund, customers must request the 30-day return and return the product in good, working condition with no cosmetic defects
To receive a refund, the return must be postmarked before the end of the 30-day period
Returning the product in the original packaging is not necessary, though appreciated

What this covers:

The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee guarantees a full refund to the customer for the purchase of a Billetron from Lectron or an authorized dealer when parameters outlined above are followed including but not limited to the registration of the product with Lectron within 10 days of initial purchase, the product being postmarked prior to the 30-day return period, and the product being in good, working condition with no cosmetic damage upon return to Lectron.

What this does not cover:

The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover lost or stolen items in the 30-day period. It also does not entitle the customer to a return for a full refund after the 30-day period has expired.

Limitation of Liability:

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED-TIME GUARANTEE. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
