Shipping Policy

Signature confirmation is not required and is the customer's responsibility to contact us with a credit card in order to add the signature confirmation feature (usually around $10). If you do not call us to request this before your order has shipped, then it will not be added.

Under no circumstances will we undervalue our international shipments. The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees incurred.

 Cancellations

Lectron products are built to order and will ship within two weeks of purchase. We only accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase due to the process involved with building custom carburetors.

Lectron Return Policy:

This policy applies to the original owner of a Lectron product within one year of the original sale unless otherwise stated.

Lectron products are quality guaranteed. If you receive a product that you believe has a performance altering manufacturing defect, send the product back to us and we will test it, and fix or replace it no charge. If we find it is user error, we will reset it to factory settings and return it for the cost of shipping. Please contact us first with a detailed account of your issue, pictures, the serial number, and any adjustments made beforehand.

Each Lectron is built taking into account the customer’s application and specifications. Additional tuning may be required. Unused products can be returned by the original owner within 30 days of sale for a full refund less a 15% restocking fee and the cost of shipping.

Orders that have not been shipped yet must be cancelled within 24 hours. Cancellations after 24 hours but before the product has shipped are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. 

If the customer orders the wrong non-fuel system product (cable, adjuster, etc.), Lectron will exchange the product for the cost of shipping if it is in like-new condition. If there has been a shipping error, you can:

  1. Exchange it at no-charge (we must receive the incorrect part first).
  2. Have Lectron place a hold on a credit card, send out a replacement immediately, and refund the charge once the return has been received.

Lectron products purchased through dealers must adhere to the dealer’s returns and warranty policies. Please have your dealer contact us directly with any warranty concerns.

Lectron will ship either Priority USPS or UPS Ground by default. The customers will be responsible for any expedited shipping costs.

All packages from Lectron to international customers will be sent at their full valuation. The customers are responsible for delivery fees, customs fees, duties, or other taxes. Rejecting the package will result in a refund minus any shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
