    Details

    Modern KTM/Husqvarna bikes with Domino throttles do NOT need a throttle or intake flange. If you are ordering a kit for a 1997 or older bike, you may want to add the  throttle below to ensure correct fit. Our cables will NOT work with some of the older style throttles. This kit will come with a 37" throttle cable that works for OEM routing with most mods (bar risers, steering damper, wide bars). If you need a longer cable, you can order part number 4615-10-L.

    This kit includes a 38HV Lectron and throttle cable - everything you need for installation. 

    However, we do recommend the Standard line of 38mm carbs for larger bore two strokes like the KTM 380 or Husqvarna 360.

    The adjustment tool is highly recommended in case you have to do any tuning. Using pliers to make adjustments can scratch the metering rod and alter the fuel delivery characteristics.

    Depending on some set ups, your air boot may rub on your shock spring. This is not an issue as the spring doesn't move enough to cause wear.

    Great product. Great Customer Service. Easy Install. It just works. Whats not to like
    Just put my new lectron 38mm HV on my 2003 KTM 300exc and it is a different animal now. I thought I had the jetting pretty close but now that I've felt what it can really do I have to learn how to ride it all over again. So smooth and only had to adjust the idle. Will be trying a 1/4 turn richer on the metering rod only because I don't have a fan on my 300 and it was getting a tad bit hotter than usual in the gnarly stuff today. Super impressed with the way it runs and how easy it is to just install and go riding´╗┐. Another thing I noticed on the first ride is the fuel economy is so much better. I could only get about 2hr out of my full tank. I still probably had 1 gallon left after my first 2hr ride. Do your self a favor and just get the Lectron. You wont regret it.

    Lectron first and foremost has amazing customer service. Never found any company that can beat lectron.
    I have never been able to get a jetted carb to run as amazing as a lectron does. I have the 36mm Lectron on a 2013 TE250. I race desert and mountain harescrambles and I have lectron to thank for making my bike run phenomenal!

    The best
    I have been tuning motors for a long time, the Lectron is by far the best value mod you can do to your bike that is little to no hassle, works right away, and gains in power, torq, and mileage you can feel. Wont use any other carbs, period-

    Real Deal
    So I felt the need to spend my time and give review for this product. I own a 2014 KTM 300 XCW. I ride from 3,500-10,000 ft. Alt & 20-100 F degrees. All riding is done in Idaho & Utah. My riding consists of 80% mtn singletrack, 10% sand, 10% Utah desert/slickrock. I have over 100 hours of run time on this 36mm lectron(2-3 rod). All has been done on the original initial carb settings. It has worked absolutely fantastic. Wrap your minds around that people. It has worked so well that I just purchased a second 36mm lectron for my son's 2009 KTM 300 XC. I'm looking forward to having two bikes I don't have to fiddle with that get absolutely fantastic fuel mileage.

    If you think KTM's complicated TPI system is going to work better than a Lectron....... I doubt it!! I've personally tested the Lectron with an Air/Fuel ratio gauge & O2 sensor. It delivers a perfect air fuel ratio in all atmospheric conditions. Plus it is smooth, torquey power delivery. Not lean and "jumpy" like Fuel Injection is notoriously known for. Buy the Lectron, it is the real deal!
